·The 222nm excimer lamp filters out harmful wavelengths though a filter without causing harm to the human  body.It can be widely used for sterilization in the public places, such as meeting rooms, elevators,  classrooms, hospitals, restaurants, industrial kitchens, public transportation equipment, toilets,  changing rooms, meat production/processing, etc., and other general surface disinfection applications.

·The 172nm excimer lamps are mainly used for surface cleaning, breaking surface chemical bonds, improving  adhesion, gas decomposition, hardening of paint surface, making ultra-pure water, etc.
